Problem :

  • Manual and Inefficient Health Screening Processes
    Health screenings for elementary and junior high school students in Indonesia, conducted by schools and community health centers (PUSKESMAS), are generally still done manually.

  • Difficulty in Health Data Analysis
    Due to the manual process, it's challenging to perform comprehensive analysis of student health data at the school level.

  • Obstacles in Identifying Health Issues
    The difficulty in data analysis impacts the ability to effectively identify student health problems.

  • Urgent Need for a Health Data Management System
    There's an urgent need for a web-based system that can manage student health data, offering rapid development and ease of use for its users.

Solution :

This research developed a website-based student health data management system. This system was built using modified Agile UX methods that shorten the design sprint to three days (Ideate, Create, Iterate), focusing on rapid development and ease of use to be effective for users.

PROCESS :

In Sprint, our focus was on the foundational stages of the RAKES website interface design. We kicked off with brainstorming sessions to generate a wide range of ideas and concepts. Following this, we proceeded with the creation of eight distinct design approaches (or "eight designs") sitemap. These eight designs will serve as the primary references and guiding principles for the subsequent development of the RAKES website's user interface. This initial phase is crucial for establishing the visual direction and user experience before moving into detailed development.
